Met some great people out there.  Watched some young pendulums find their beat.

Abstract Humanity - fair opportunities for dignity, privacy, democratic liberty

Discrete Individuals - family bonds, personal intimacy, unselfish joy, aesthetic appreciation, gratification potential

There needs to be a bridge.

Love?  Goodwill?  Concern for others?

Economy, government, religion... those institutions like to build those bridges... but tend to demand absolutism...

But to fighting absolutism sometimes makes us forget there should still be a bridge.  We exist, in some form or another, on both sides of this great chasm...
