flight got delayed another hour and the USO gave me a box of thin mints.

Yesterday I said goodbye to Mom for the second time in 2 weeks, leaving her with Mother's Day flowers and a promise to call when I get home

there's a computer terminal, aka life control station. is a delay a reason to report?

smooth sailing, nothing wrong with the raft... sometimes I spot another boat way out there. and sometimes I even use the prism to bend the light closer and see her beautiful projection

And, curvature of the earth and physics being what it is, within moments our differing courses have destroyed my line of sight

I've got my wind and my sails... and this line I plow with my dependable hull is true and straight
